According to SOLAS requirements the free fall system must be tested every 6 months. To meet this demand with the least effort of time and money d-i provide the simulated free-fall launching system.
The test method is class approved and gives full evidence of functionality with the least wear and tear for the system. The material will be charged with the proper loads as required by class. But sudden impacts of overly dynamic forces, which may reduce the life time of components or may cause instant damages, are avoided.
